Description Requires   The SX4 is Suzuki's latest entry to the World Rally Championship. Taking the compact 5-door hatchback as a base, Suzuki gave the car WRC-spec modifications including wider body, new suspension and transmission, a 4WD system, and a 300hp turbocharged 2-litre engine. After undergoing some preliminary tests during the 2007 season, the team and its cars made their full debut in 2008. Driven by Toni Gardemeister and Per-Gunnar Andersson, the SX4 finished in the points during its first race, the Monte Carlo Rally.   Features Newly designed TT-01 type E chassis features brand new A Parts and D Parts A Parts (Uprights) are made of a polycarbonate plastic material D Parts (Upper deck, motor cover, etc.) are made of a fiberglass-reinforced nylon material Improved steering linkage design features TA05 steering posts for sharper steering response New upper deck enhances chassis rigidity and mimics Tamiya's high-level race-spec machines Upper deck also features a convenient transponder mount to further encourage fans to go to their local track and experience R/C racing Rear suspension arms installed in reverse position to create shorter wheel base for greater scale accuracy 4WD shaft-driven bathtub chassis with coil spring damped, 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension and sealed front and rear gearboxes New-mould SX4 WRC body made from lightweight polycarbonate material Injection-molded side mirrors and rear wing provide crisp detail 540 motor TEU-101BK forwards and reverse Electronic Speed Control (ESC) Kit includes 4 LED lights to depict head and tail lights, (white headlights x 2, red tail-lights x 2).
